A: Shipping is determined by weight. The shipping is calculated for you at checkout.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be processed and usually ship within 24hrs. We cannot always guarantee same-day shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next working day. A: Not for items that have shipped. The chances of you having a defective item are extremely limited because everything is tested before being shipped. Buyer’s remorse is not a valid cause for a refund. If you cancel an order before shipment you will get 100% of your money back.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Our coverage period is 30 days for replacement if damage is due to a defective product. Again, all items are tested before shipping, if damaged is the fault of the buyer the item will not be replaced or refunded.
